Please keep in mind, delays in the carriers' networks may or may not be reported - local orders, laws, regulations, and conditions may cause an occasional short delay. Please allow 24 to 72 additional hours for delivery even if an item is already marked as “delivered”. If you are still unable to locate your item after 72 hours, please contact us and we will do our very best to help.
When do my products ship out?
Your order should ship within 1-3 business days. During holiday seasons, there may be slower turn around times for orders to ship. Rest assured we will work hard to get orders out to you as soon as we possibly can.
Professor Fuzzworthy & Beauty and the Bees ships worldwide using USPS. You can select Standard International Shipping or Priority International Shipping. You will receive tracking information via email.
The customer is responsible for import taxes, duties, and customs fees. Professor Fuzzworthy and Beauty and the Bees will not refund or cancel an order due to customs charges occurring outside of the USA

Please note, due to COVID-19 postal services worldwide have been overwhelmed due to the massive influx of online ordering. Occasionally there are delays and/or tracking is not updated within the postal networks. What happens if your package was marked as "delivered", but it wasn't received?
When the tracking for your package is updated as "delivered" by postal carriers, it triggers an automatic email from us to let you know about this new status.
Sometimes, a package will be marked as delivered by the shipping carrier prematurely. If you receive the delivery email but have not received your package, here is what we suggest
- USPS delivery vehicles use GPS that can automatically update a package as "delivered" prematurely. Please wait 2-3 business days, as the package could have been marked as delivered by mistake, and will arrive within a few days.
- Contact your LOCAL USPS post office. Make sure you contact your LOCAL post office, and not the USPS hotline. Your local post office will be able to provide quicker, and better service. They retain POF (Proof of delivery) and you should ask who delivered the package and the details of that day's delivery. USPS is used to these questions, and will generally provide helpful information.
- If the package still does not show up, please call USPS to file a claim. https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm . Our shipping team works really hard to ship packages out within 1-3 business days, and once it’s in the postal carrier’s hands, we do not have control on the delivery. Professor Fuzzworthy cannot reimburse OR re-ship orders that were mis-delivered by the post office or stolen from a property. Thank you for understanding!
